Taking care of your Sonus panels is simple. The most important part of cleaning or maintaining your sound dampening panels is to understand the covering type and manufacturer. We are sure you have questions like:

We take pride in what we manufacture and we want to make sure you are happy with what you receive.

• If there is a craftsmanship defect detected, we will repair or replace the impacted product.
  
• If the product was damaged during shipping and it was because of how we packaged it, we will repair or replace the impacted product.
  
• The length of our guarantee depends on the product category. Our Sonus Fabric and Sonus Wood products have a 5 year warranty. Our Sonus Felt has a 10 year warranty.
  
• Products must be received, handled, and stored, and installed based on our Receiving and Handling or product specific installation instructions

Heads up! Sonus works really hard to meet the needs of our customers by producing the highest quality products. However, due to raw material attributes such as wood tones that vary by log or the fibrous and textural nature of our felt substrates, slight visual imperfections may be seen when viewing the product from less than 3 feet. These slight imperfections are within normal manufacturing tolerances.
