Installation & Hardware

Flexible and Cost Effective

Remember...the cost of an acoustical solution also includes the installation and maintenance of that product. So, when you are comparing acoustical solutions, keep this mind.

We offer several different options and provide them by application type:

Impaler Clip

Impaling clips are a quick and easy way to install our acoustic wall panels to a wall. Each clip measures 1" x 1-1/2" and has two spikes to impale the back of a panel to hold it in place. The number of clips required is based on size and is indicated in the spec sheet. For panel applications requiring an air gap, wood spacer blocks can be installed between the impaling clips and the drywall to keep the panel spaced off the wall.

Material: Galvanized steel

Pros
  • Extremely easy and forgiving
  • Can adjust level of panel slightly after installing
  • Can remove and re-install panel with ease
Cons
  • Not meant for ceiling surface mounts

B-Line twist-on clip for 15/16″ T-bar

Twist clips are used in conjunction with a 15/16” ceiling Grid T Bar. This system allows you to connect a cable gripper to a ceiling grid in order to suspend baffles. For situations where you need the baffle tight to the ceiling grid, these 1/4-20 x 5/8” stud twist clips can eliminate aircraft wire and cable grippers by screwing this twist clip directly into our baffles and then attach to T bar.
